My name is Tessa, and you’ve obviously found my blog.

 

I’m a mother of two beautiful children (I might be a bit biased) and a wife to a very supportive husband. We all live in Arkansas with our two cats.

 

Over the years I’ve struggled with yoyo-ing weight, but I believe I’ve found what works for me. Now I want to share my methods with you, to help you succeed in your goals.

 

Throughout this blog I’ll talk about nutrition, fitness, and general well-being. I’ll share recipes, exercise ideas, and mental health strategies.
